The 1:1 Premium Coaching program with custom meal plans and custom workouts has taught me what to eat and how much to eat along with how to actually workout. My go-to exercise has always been running, mainly because I didn't know how to strength train, I thought I'd have to go to the gym and devote hours a day. The custom workouts were the perfect amount of time for my busy schedule, I could accomplish the workouts in the morning, at my home, before the kids got up!
